Soul Food

Everyone thirsty, come to the water.

Even if you have no money you may buy and eat.

Come and buy wine and milk, even without a price.

Why spend your money for what doesn't satisfy?

Eat only what is good for your soul, let your soul be full.

Come and listen so your soul will live and prosper.

Seek the Lord while He may be found.

Call on His name while He is near.

Wicked, forsake your ways, turn from evil thoughts.

God will have mercy and will give you pardon.

The most valuable gift you can give

another is a good example.

Thus says the Lord, Who made you and formed you from the womb, Who will help you: Fear not, O Jacob, My servant, and you Jeshurun [the upright one---applied to Israel as a type of the Messiah], whom I have chosen. For I will pour water upon him who is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground. I will pour My Spirit upon your offspring, and My blessing upon your descendants.
